    Account Settings

    Tools

    Access Tools by clicking the blue bubble in the upper right-hand corner next to the account name and selecting Tools from the drop-down.

     

    • ACCOUNT USERS: Create, edit, or delete account users by clicking “Account Users”. The initial user who registered the account will automatically be listed. Under “Actions”, you can edit or delete users.
    • REPLY-TO EMAIL ADDRESS: This auto populates with the email address used for registration and can be edited by clicking “Update”. This is the optional email address for replies if you choose not to utilize the inbox.
    • AVERAGE MESSAGES PER MONTH: The average messages per month is the number that will be displayed in the default compliance message appended to the end of keyword responses and the sign up form request message.
    • HELPRESPONSE MESSAGE: The help response message is the automated message someone will receive if they respond “help” to any of your messages.
    • STOP RESPONSE MESSAGE: The stop response message is the automated message someone will receive if they unsubscribe by texting “stop” or “end” to any of your messages.

    Account Settings

    Access Account Settings by clicking the blue bubble in the upper right-hand corner next to the account name and selecting Account Settings from the drop-down.

    Update your account profile information and change or review your current ChatterText package. If you choose to change your package, you can review the Pricing &Package options and select your package from the drop-down menu. You will fill out your payment information after you select a new package.

    Upgrade Your Plan

    You can upgrade your current ChatterText plan under your Account Settings. There are two ways to access your Account Settings:

    1.Click the blue bubble in the upper right-hand corner next to the account name and selecting Account Settings from the drop-down.

    2.Dashboard display view, click “Upgrade Plan” button and it will take you to your Account Settings.

    Once you’re in Account Settings, under the section “Upgrade Your Plan”, click the drop-down and select a different package from your current plan. You will click on your preferred payment type and fill out your payment information in a separate pop-up window. If the window does not appear, please try disabling pop-up blockers.
